This Privacy Policy applies to Dataglint, a brand operated by Fairgo Logistics Pty Ltd (ABN 94 279 467 365) (“Dataglint”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an Australian technology venture studio. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This policy covers both our website (dataglint.com) and all mobile applications published under the Dataglint or Fairgo Logistics developer accounts, including PushupsLab: Pushup Tracker (Google Play package ID: com.dataglint.pushupslab).

1. Information we collect

We collect personal information that you provide voluntarily through our website, including your name, email address, and the contents of any message you submit through our contact form. We may also collect technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, and pages viewed, in order to operate and secure our services.

• To maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.
• To communicate with you about projects we are jointly evaluating or building.

3. Disclosure of personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers (for example, transactional email and cloud infrastructure providers) strictly to operate our website and to respond to you. These providers are contractually required to handle personal information in line with applicable privacy laws.

4. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside of Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your personal information consistently with the APPs.

5. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, and you submit information to us at your own risk.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Where information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. You may also lodge a complaint about how we handle your personal information. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with the APPs.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal number of cookies to operate our site (for example, authenticated session cookies for our internal tools). We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. PushupsLab: Pushup Tracker — App-Specific Disclosure

PushupsLab: Pushup Tracker (package ID: com.dataglint.pushupslab) is a mobile application published on Google Play by Fairgo Logistics Pty Ltd (ABN 94 279 467 365), trading as Dataglint.

Data collected and stored: PushupsLab operates entirely on-device. All workout logs, biometric inputs (weight, height, age, goal reps), training program progress, and analytics are stored exclusively in the local database on your device. The app does not transmit this data to any external server, cloud service, or third party.

Permissions: PushupsLab does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device permissions. The nose-sensor rep-counting feature uses the device touchscreen only and does not access any sensor that requires a special runtime permission.

Analytics and advertising: PushupsLab does not include any advertising SDKs, third-party analytics libraries, or behavioural tracking. No data is shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Data transfer:The app’s “Transfer & Sync” feature generates an encrypted transfer key or QR code entirely on your device. Sharing this key is a manual, user-initiated action to migrate your own data to another device you own. We never receive or store this key.

Data deletion:All app data is removed when you uninstall PushupsLab from your device. You may also clear app data at any time via your device’s Settings › Apps › PushupsLab › Clear Data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page or by direct notice where appropriate.
